Mage Switch

Mage Switch is a puzzle platformer where the only way forward is to rethink the world around you.

You play as a lone mage trapped inside a vast and mysterious labyrinth. With no memory of how you arrived, you must rely on a single, unusual ability: the power to switch the positions of objects in the environment. What seems simple at first quickly becomes the key to overcoming increasingly complex challenges.

Every obstacle is a puzzle. Blocked paths, unreachable platforms, and impossible layouts can all be reshaped through careful observation and clever use of your switching ability. Progress is not about speed or strength, but about perspective and strategy.

As you explore deeper into the labyrinth, the puzzles grow more intricate and the environment more disorienting. Each successful solution reveals new paths and vantage points, bringing you one step closer to escape.

Prototype Notice
This is an early prototype designed to illustrate the core concept of Mage Switch and the direction the full game could take. It currently features a single level that showcases the central mechanic and gameplay loop. At this stage, the only objects that can be switched are planks and boulders.
